Industry leaders Somfy have recently introduced a new battery powered motor, the Sonnesse 30WF RTS, which quietly operates your roman or roller blind with no need for wiring at the window or an electrician. The batteries sit neatly within the roll requiring no additional space for battery packs. It looks just like a regular blind so you can simply leave it in place when plugging it in to recharge – every 9-12 months as needed.
