Working Remotely

Working remotely was something new to us (like many others) at the start of last year. We have actually found the process has worked very well for us and have discovered new ways of working such as our fantastic free video design consultations. These have been an excellent starting point for our projects. For us as designers, it gives us an opportunity to view your home style, see your windows and understand the space we are working with. As a customer you get to discuss your project one to one with our designers from the ease and comfort of your home. With our designers based in the showroom you can view our full range of products and fabrics and after your consultations, samples can be posted directly to your door. Our fitters can come to take your exact measurement if you’re not confident ordering from your own.

Whilst we are really excited to be able to welcome you into our showrooms again soon. We will still be keeping this excellent feature going for those of you who perhaps don’t have the time to make a showroom visit.

Starting Point

Helen from our Fulham showroom started with a video consultation to catch up with Emma. A regular customer of ours who wanted a revamp of her spare room in Chiswick.

Following the video consultation, Helen had an understanding of Emma’s interior style and which fabrics may work well for her home. Along with measurements of the window that Emma had provided. (We can check measure if you like).

Samples to your door

Once Helen and Emma had finalised on Romans as the window dressing, they discussed fabrics. After a selection of Emma’s favourites were decided, head office posted these directly to her home.

The End Result

Before Emma had curtains which weren’t working for her. The finished result with the roman blinds provided Emma with the smart non fussy finish. The texture in the Poligny helped to bring character to the room and work alongside the existing textures.

Emma opted for a standard cotton lining as opposed to blackout as she likes to be woken by natural light in the morning.

We LOVE the end result…
