We recently completed a project in SW7 for a property management client. This project involved renovating a flat for the rental market. In this situation, to dress the windows, we opted for Roman Blinds, a cost effective solution that looks good and is ideal for rental properties.
As the flat is intended for the rental market, we wanted to keep the tones neutral while adding extra interest using a small inset border in a strong contrasting colour. This had the effect of lifting the overall look while still offering a bespoke, yet neutral finish.
