75 years to the day after General de Gaulle’s rousing BBC speech to rally the French on June 18th 1940, Britain and France come together once again! Prêt à Vivre has teamed up with Toiles de Mayenne to bring these beautiful French fabrics to the UK. The launch party will take place on Thursday 18th June at the Prêt à Vivre Fulham showrooms. Exciting News – Prêt à Vivre has teamed up with French company Toiles de Mayenne
Grégoire Denis, Président de Toiles de Mayenne & Joanne Cassabois, Founder & Director Prêt à Vivre cordially invite you, your family and your friends to celebrate the launch of Toiles de Mayenne at Prêt à Vivre, 160 Wandsworth Bridge Road, London SW6 on Thursday 18th June 2015 from 10.00 – 20.00. Refreshments will be served throughout the day.
Prêt à Vivre Notting Hill and Prêt à Vivre Islington will also be delighted to welcome you between 9.30 – 17.00 Hrs to present the range in a francophone atmosphere.
Toiles de Mayenne is one of the last remaining French weavers. From its origins in 1806, the mill which is still independent, has developed an expertise in the weaving of exclusive textiles for interior decoration.
As both weaver and designer, Toiles de Mayenne offers a wide range of luxury fabrics in a varied palette of colours and textures; it is particularly renowned for its beautiful stripes and subtle patterns.
Toiles de Mayenne fabrics are now available in the UK through a partnership with Prêt à Vivre where most of the collection is shown in their London showrooms. Prêt à Vivre can supply any of the collection by the metre or offer a made to measure curtain and blind service with the same personalised and professional service as offered by Toiles de Mayenne in France.
The current Toiles de Mayenne range will be displayed in all the Prêt à Vivre showrooms from Monday 15th June 2015. You will be able to pick up samples of fabric from both the Toiles de Mayenne and Prêt à Vivre ranges. You can also obtain quotes for made to measure blinds and curtains and organise a visit to measure your windows.
