Nepal Silk

Nepal Silk

Our Nepal Silk fabric range…

This is a high-quality machine woven dense silk was especially woven for interiors and soft furnishings. Silk is a natural fabric and therefore the weave may contain minor irregularities. These are characteristics of fine pure silk yarn and should not be regarded as faults.

Smart curtains and blinds, should always be interlined.

Top Tip

Silk has a low light fastness and consequently fading will take place when exposed to strong, natural and artificial light. To prolong the life of your silk curtains or blinds consider using a stronger material, such as velvet, for the borders which will be exposed to light.

A delicate voile panel or voile curtains can filter the light and help keep your silk looking its best.
