Recently teaming up with interior design house BoConcept, the Notting Hill showroom of Prêt à Vivre took charge of the made to measure curtains for this stylish, mansion flat in Holland Park, London W14. We thought we would share the results.
The property is a 3 bedroom Mansion flat in Holland Park W14. One of the striking features of the living room is the bay window. The curtain fabric we selected to dress this window is Domino from our range of Toiles de Mayenne fabrics, exclusively available in London from Prêt à Vivre. We choose this particular fabric for its delicate pattern which compliments the trellis design on the rug.
The bay window curtains have an inverted pleat heading and are hung behind a wooden pelmet for a seamless finish. As the client specifically required day time privacy without compromising on light, we suggested voile panels blinds would be the perfect choice.
In the Dining Room, the curtain fabric is Lugano 100% cotton in pebble. Once again, giving that seamless finish, the curtains have an inverted pleat heading, hung behind a wooden pelmet. Faced with the same privacy requirements, we suggested voile panels in Voile Plain to filter the light.
